Is transformative change actually possible?

I ran an ad for a bit that mentioned the idea of turning pain into power and using our triggers to bust out of our struggles.
I realize that the big bang ad title about that can sound a little intense, but someone commented that this was 'not possible.'

Dude, WHAT!?!?

I was actually shocked at first.

This is literally what I do.
I eat, sh*t, and breath this.
In my own work and as a coach, triggers are one of the primary tools I use to indicate what I have to work on, and what direction to go with my own shadow integration work.

You see, our triggers are our best teachers.
They show us exactly what to look at! If someone says or does something that I find myself getting upset about and feeling a lot of sensation over, I know that they've iluminated something that I have shadowy feelings or beliefs about.
It's actually really simple, I can start by asking myself, 'why is this particular thing bothering me so much?' and keep digging until I discover what's underneath that sensation.

(I realize that in the beginning it's hard to recognize in-the-moment that this is our work and not their fault for triggering us, but that kind of awareness comes with practice.)

Honestly, anything that causes sensation is a teacher...

Sensation (in our own body) is what truly tells us what's what.
It show us where our hangups are,
where our desire is,
and fills us with LOVE.

So not only is it possible... it's actually required to make meaningful change in our lives.
Truly, follow your sensation and you'll be alright, my friends.
